What are leads?
Leads are anyone who fills out a form, calls you or expresses any interest at all in the product or service you offer (Here's the actually definition).
Leads are great, they are the beginning of all sales pipelines.
The problem, they're not qualified, they may or may not need the service you offer, and/or they might not be ready to buy.
What are Appointments?
Appointments are "Leads" that have expressed interest, talked with an actual person, are qualified, and have scheduled a date and time to meet with you for an estimate.
