Here Are Examples of Non-Returnable Reasons:- Property type is not a returnable reason. This includes all home types and conditions (mobile, manufactured, single family, attached, and detached)- Material Type unless specified by the available trades within your dashboard, ie metal roof.- Project Scope or Size. Not all projects will fall into your material or labor specialty.- Customer's financial status.- The customer reports the contractor failed to call and/or text confirming the appointment and reports the contractor did not show up for their originally scheduled appointment.- The customer refuses to reschedule because the contractor has a change in schedule, did not update their dashboard calendar, or due to weather.- Return requested more than 7 days from the customer’s originally scheduled appointment date and time.- Material Type unless specified by the available trades within your dashboard, ie metal roof.- Project Scope or Size.
